| My actuarial skills and independence as a consultant
have allowed me to serve as an arbitrator. The particular situation
in which I served involved a large corporation versus an insurance
company in a dispute over a group life bid (Binding Arbitration).
I was able to evaluate the arguments and calculations from both sides
and find a common ground for resolution. |
